Takamori Wagyu or "Drunken Wagyu" originates from a single-farm, Iwakuni in the Yamaguchi Prefecture. The cattle here are fed on the sake mash, from Dassai Sake Brewery, and a mixture of carefully selected grains which produces its characteristic flavor.
