Delivery Lead Times
Local Delivery,Los Angeles County and Orange County: Orders placed before 1pm PST Mon-Thursday will be processed on the same day and delivered within 2-3 business days of being processed. Orders placed after 1pm PST Mon-Thursday will be processed the following day and delivered within 2-3 business days of being processed.(Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as business days) Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
All Other Areas and States: Orders placed before 1pm PST Mon-Thursday will be processed on the same day and delivered within 2-5 business days of being processed. Orders placed after 1pm PST Mon-Thursday will be processed the following day and delivered within 2-5 business days of being processed.(Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as business days) Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship product to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipping information and tracking numbers will be supplied via email once the order ships.
Damages
PNNfoodservice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if shipped by third party. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
